30 Day Exchange / Refund Policy

At Descar Jewelry Design, LTD strive for excellence in every piece of jewelry that we offer. Therefore we are sure that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) to us within 30 days of puchase and we will gladly refund or exchange your purchase.

(Refunds or exchanges do not include shipping, handling and insurance).

What to do:

1. First contact us toll free at (866)253-7610
2. Have your original invoice (you must return original or copy)
3. We collect all your information including your credit card information that you made your purchase with.
4. We will assign to you a Return Authorization Code which must be written on the outside of your package, if not, your package will be refused.
5. All items returned must be in original condition in it's original boxes. There can be no alterations (ie..engraved, sized, worn) or marks of any kind on jewelry and boxes, if there are, we will decline your return or exchange and return to sender.
6. All items must be insured for full value on invoice. Items insured for more than $500, must ship via US Postal Service registered insured.
7. Request a return receipt so you can track your shipment and to be sure that your package gets to us.

Once we receive and inspect all items and boxes and they pass our inspection, then at that point we will issue you a credit refund or exchange per your request.
